One Year BEd Course News: This news is for those planning to enrol in a BEd course. Aspiring teachers have reason to rejoice! The one-year BEd course is set to return after a decade-long hiatus, in line with the recommendations of the New Education Policy. While its revival is welcome news, certain conditions apply for eligibility. Let’s explore how to enrol and who is eligible for this one-year BEd course.

Decision Taken at NCTE Meeting

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recently held a meeting where significant decisions were made regarding several teacher training courses, including the one-year BEd course. Professor Pankaj Arora, Chairman of NCTE, announced the approval of the Governing Body’s new regulations for 2025.

One-Year BEd Course Returns After 10 Years

Only candidates who have completed a four-year undergraduate course or possess a postgraduate degree will be eligible for the one-year graduate course. The one-year BEd course was discontinued in 2014, with the final batch admitted in 2015. This marks its return after a ten-year absence.

Eligibility for the One-Year BEd Course

While the one-year BEd course is being reinstated, specific eligibility criteria must be met. Only candidates with a four-year undergraduate degree or a postgraduate degree are eligible to enrol.

What is the Four-Year Course? (ITEP Course Details)

ITEP stands for Integrated Teacher Education Programme. This is a four-year teacher training course developed by the NCTE under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. According to the NCTE Chairman, this course is currently being offered at 64 locations across the country. It allows students to pursue a BEd in their chosen subject and is a four-year dual-degree graduate-level course.

Candidates are required to fill the Registration Form Online as per the instructions mentioned and upload the requisite documents at the time of Registration. 

A candidate has to make an online payment of Rs. 600/- (General/OBC (Non Creamy)/GEN-EWS Category) & Rs. 300/- (SC/ST/PWD Category) against the registration.

 Payments of application fee (Rs. 600/- or Rs. 300/-) can be made through credit cards/debit cards/internet banking. The bank and/or transaction charges on the application fee will be borne by the candidate.

A Paper Based Test (PBT) for all Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Programmes will be conducted on 11th May 2025 at 36 cities.

Important Dates to remember. 

Eligibility for admission to Bachelor Degree Programmes (B.Des. / BBA)

• A candidate who has passed :-
  a) 10+2, in any stream, from any recognized Board; or
  b) any School or Board or University examination in India or in foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system; or
  c) School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects; or
  d) All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved three –years full time Diploma after Class X offered by Board of Technical Education of any state or Union territory;
• A candidate who has appeared for any examination as mentioned above, and whose result has not been declared at the time of admission, shall be eligible to apply for admission to the Bachelor’s Programmes and such candidate, if selected, shall be granted provisional admission and shall be required to submit the result of the requisite examination on or before the 30th day of September 2025 to the Admission In Charge where the admission has been granted, failing which the candidate’s admission may be cancelled and entire fee will be forfeited. Such candidates have to produce proof of having appeared for the examination during the Counseling process of FDDI programmes.
• The age limit for the Bachelor’s programme shall be 25 years as on the 1st July 2025.

Eligibility for Admission to Master Degree programmes

• A.) Master of Design (M.Des.) in Footwear Design & Production: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognized by law in India. However, the bridge programme compriseing of two to three relevant subjects may be offered with the existing M.Des. programme to the students who doesn’t have any design background to provide necessary design inputs in order to understand the design concepts.
• B.) Master of Design (M.Des.) in Fashion Design: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognized by law in India.

• C.) Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Retail & Fashion Merchandise :Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognized by law in India.
• D.) A candidate who has appeared in any examination for any of the degree referred to under clause (A) & clause (B) and whose result has not been declared at the time of admission, shall be eligible to apply for admission to the Master’s Programmes and such candidate, if selected, shall be granted provisional admission and shall be required to submit the result of the requisite examination on or before the 30th day of September 2025 to the Admission In Charge where the admission has been granted, failing which the candidate’s admission may be cancelled and entire fee will be forfeited. 10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுத விரும்பும் மாணவர்கள், தனித்தேர்வர்கள்  (டிசம்பர் 6) முதல் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம் என்று தேர்வுத்துறை அறிவித்துள்ளது.

இதுகுறித்து தேர்வுத்துறை இயக்குநரகம் வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பு விவரம்; தமிழகத்தில் 10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்புகளுக்கான பொதுத்தேர்வு மார்ச், ஏப்ரல் மாதங்களில் நடை பெற உள்ளது. இந்த தேர்வெழுத விருப்பமுள்ள தனித்தேர்வர்களிடம் இருந்து தற்போது விண்ணப்பங்கள் வரவேற்கப்படுகின்றன. இதையடுத்து, தனித்தேர்வர்கள் டிசம்பர் 6 முதல் டிசம்பர் 17-ம் தேதிக்குள் கல்வி மாவட்ட வாரியாக உள்ள அரசு சேவை மையங்களுக்கு நேரில் சென்று தங்கள் விண்ணப்பங்களை தேர்வுக் கட்டணம் செலுத்தி பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.இதுதவிர தேர்வுக் கட்டணம், விரிவான தேர்வுகால அட்டவணை, கல்வி மாவட்டம் வாரியாக அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள சேவை மையங்களின் விவரம் மற்றும் விண்ணப்பிக்கும் வழிமுறைகள் உட்பட கூடுதல் விவரங்களை www.dge.tn.gov.in என்ற இணையதளத்தில் அறிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

புதுடெல்லி: சிபிஎஸ்இ 10, 12 வகுப்புகளுக்கான பொதுத் தேர்வு கால அட்டவணை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன்படி, தேர்வுகள் பிப்ரவரி 15-ம் தேதி தொடங்கி ஏப்ரல் 4-ம் தேதி நிறைவடைகின்றன.

மத்திய இடைநிலை கல்வி வாரியத்தின் (சிபிஎஸ்இ) பாடத்திட்டத்தில் 10, 12-ம் வகுப்புகளுக்கு ஆண்டுதோறும் பொதுத் தேர்வு நடத்தப்படுகிறது. அதன்படி, நடப்பு (2024-25) கல்வி ஆண்டுக்கான பொதுத் தேர்வு பிப்ரவரி 15-ம் தேதி தொடங்கும் என்று ஏற்கெனவே அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தது. இந்நிலையில், தேர்வுக்கு மாணவர்கள் தயாராக ஏதுவாக, விரிவான கால அட்டவணையை சிபிஎஸ்இ வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. 

அதன்படி, 10-ம் வகுப்புக்கு பிப்ரவரி 15 முதல் மார்ச் 18-ம் தேதி வரையும், 12-ம் வகுப்புக்கு பிப்ரவரி 15 முதல் ஏப்ரல் 4-ம் தேதி வரையும் தேர்வுகள் நடைபெறுகின்றன. இத்தேர்வுகளை சுமார் 43 லட்சம் மாணவ, மாணவிகள் எழுத உள்ளனர். தேர்வுகள் காலை 10.30 முதல் மதியம் 1.30 மணி வரை நடைபெறும். சில தொழில்நுட்ப பாடத் தேர்வுகள் மட்டும் காலை 10.30 மணிக்கு தொடங்கி மதியம் 1.30 மணி வரை நடத்தப்படும்.

12-ம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்கள் பொதுத் தேர்வை எழுதி முடித்து, உயர்கல்விக்கான நுழைவுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கு தயாராக ஏதுவாக கால அட்டவணை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதேபோல, ஒவ்வொரு தேர்வுக்கு இடையிலும் போதிய அவகாசம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. கூடுதல் விவரங்களை www.cbse.gov.in இணையதளம் மூலம் மாணவர்கள் அறிந்து கொள்ளலாம் என்று சிபிஎஸ்இ தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

நவம்பர் மாதத்தில் சனி ஞாயிறை தவிர ஒரு நாள் கூட அரசு விடுமுறை இல்லை  என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

சிறப்பு தினங்கள்:

பொங்கல் பண்டிகையானது செவ்வாய்க் கிழமையான ஜனவரி 14 அன்றும் , திருவள்ளூர் தினம், புதன்கிழமையான ஜனவரி 15,  அன்றும், அதை தொடர்ந்து ஜனவரி 16 உழவர் தினம் வியாழக்கிழமை அன்றும் வரவுள்ளது. ஒருவேளை , அரசு மனது வைத்தால், வெள்ளிக்கிழமையும் கூடுதலாக விடுமுறை அளித்து சனி - ஞாயிறு விடுமுறை சேர்த்து அளிக்குமா என்று எதிர்பார்ப்பு மாணவர்கள் மத்தியில் எழுந்துள்ளது. 

• தீபாவளி பண்டிகை அக்டோபர் 20 ஆம் தேதி ( திங்கட்கிழமை ) விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.


• ரம்ஜான் பண்டிகையானது, மார்ச் 31 வரவுள்ளதால் விடுமுறை என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 


• புனித வெள்ளி ஏப்ரல் 18 ஆம் தேதி விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

டிசம்பர் 2024. தமிழ்நாடு ஊாகப் பகுதி மாணவர்களுக்கான திறனாய்வுத் தேர்விற்கு விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கான அறிவுரைகள்.

இணையதளத்தில் விண்ணப்பத்தினை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து. தேர்வுக்கான கட்டணம் ரூ.5/- சேவைக் கட்டணம் ரூ.5/- என மொத்தமாக ரூ.10/-னை பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பத்துடன் பணமாக பள்ளி தலைமையாசிரியரிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும்.

தேர்விற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க 12.11.2024 முதல் 20.11.2024 வரை என கால நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதற்குப் பின்னர் பெறப்படும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.

ஒவ்வொரு வருவாய் மாவட்டத்திலும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும் 100 தேர்வர்களுக்கு (50 மாணவியர் 50 மாணவர்) 9 ஆம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை தொடர்ந்து படிக்கும் காலத்திற்கு படிப்புதவித் தொகை ஆண்டு தோறும் ரூ.1000/- வீதம் வழங்கப்படும்.
