Average Fee: The annual fee for the BAMS course on average ranges between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 3,20,000.

Career Scope: Pharmacist, Dietician, Gynaecologist, Teacher, Panchkarma Practitioner

Higher Education Options: Candidates can pursue an M.S. (Master of Surgery) (Ayurveda) and an M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) (Ayurveda) in specialisation.

BHMS

BHMS Fees: The range of BHMS course fee is between Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 300,000.

Career Scope: Homeopathic Doctor, Public Health Specialist, Pharmacist, Teacher or Lecturer

Higher Studies: Candidates can pursue MD / MS / PG Diploma in Homeopathy.

BNYS

Fees of BUMS Course: The range of BUMS fee is from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 6,50,000.

Higher Studies: Candidates can study MD / MS / PG Diploma courses in Unani medicine.

BVSc & AH

Average Course Fee: The fee for BVSc & AH courses ranges between Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 1,00,000.

Career Opportunities: Veterinary surgeon, Pharmacologist, Food Inspection Specialist, and Veterinarian Assistant.

Higher Education: Students can pursue a Masters in Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc) in a specialisation of their choice. Specialisations include Veterinary Bacteriology, Epidemiology, Veterinary Immunology, and Livestock Economics to name a few.

BPT

Course Fee: The fee ranges between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 7,10,000.

Scope: Physiotherapist at health clinics, MNCs, industries, and private practice.

Higher Studies Options: After BPT, students can pursue a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) which is a two-year-long course.

B.Sc Nursing

Course Fee: The fee ranges between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 3,50,000.

Scope: Staff Nurse, Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Educator, Medical Coder, Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room, Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Higher Studies Options: Candidates who want to go for further studies can join for MSc Nursing, MSc Neuroscience, MSc Medical Microbiology, MSc Biotechnology, and MSc Biochemistry. Moreover, B.Sc Nursing graduates can also join a postgraduate program in Public Health management besides MSc in renal sciences and dialysis technology.

BSMS

Course Fee: The fee ranges between Rs.50,000 to 3 LPA

Scope: Drug Safety Officer,Medical Consultant,Research Assistant (Medical),Clinical Research Associate,Pathologist.

Higher Studies Options: After a BSMS degree, you can pursue higher studies like an MD in Siddha specializations or a PhD in various fields. Other options include MSc degrees in allied subjects or a Master of Business Administration (MBA), particularly in fields like healthcare management.

NEET, JEE உள்ளிட்ட உயர்கல்வி நுழைவு தேர்வுக்கு இலவச பயிற்சி: மத்திய அரசு வழங்குகிறது. 

நீட், ஜேஇஇ உள்ளிட்ட உயர்கல்வி படிப்புகளுக்கான நுழைவுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கு இணையதள வழியில் மத்திய அரசு இலவச பயிற்சி வழங்குகிறது.

நம்நாட்டில் எம்பிபிஎஸ் உட்பட மருத்துவப் படிப்புகளில் சேர நீட் நுழைவுத்தேர்வில் கட்டாயம் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும். இதேபோல், மத்திய உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் பொறியியல், சட்டம் போன்ற தொழிற்கல்வி படிப்புகளில் சேரவும் ஜேஇஇ, கிளாட் போன்ற தேர்வுகள் தகுதியாக நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த நுழைவுத் தேர்வுகளில் தேர்ச்சி அடைவதற்காக மாணவர்கள் தொடர் பயிற்சி பெற வேண்டிய நிலையுள்ளது. தமிழகத்தில் பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை சார்பில் மாணவர்களுக்கு நீட், ஜேஇஇ நுழைவுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கான இலவச பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

அந்த வகையில் நீட், ஜேஇஇ நுழைவுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கு இலவச பயிற்சி வழங்கும் பணிகளை மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சகமும் முன்னெடுத்துள்ளது. தேசிய கல்வியியல் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவனம் (NCERT) சார்பில் இந்த பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இதற்கென பிரத்யேக சதீ (sathee) எனும் இணையதளம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன்மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு இலவச பயிற்சி அளிக்க ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதுவரை 4.5 லட்சத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் இந்த இணையதளத்தில் முன்பதிவு செய்து பயிற்சி பெற்று பயன் அடைந்துள்ளதாக தெரிகிறது.

National Eligibility Entrance Test(NEET) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) every year across the country. It is the common examination for those students who are seeking admission to undergraduate medical courses in the medical colleges of the country.

In India, a wide number of students appear for the NEET examination which is scheduled to be conducted on 05 May 2024 this year. The examination NEET Admit Card is expected to be released in the 4th week of April 2024. The students can get their city intimation slip before releasing the admit card on the official website. The authority will also send an e-mail to the registered student’s ID to be notified of the exam. Students are advised to visit the official website to download their admit cards.
